This website showcases a series of different tiers that we personally curated from our previous builds for each and every user's needs. From entry level tiers up to enthusiast builds, we may have the right one for you!

We are also very much open to swapping out parts in our current pre-builts as long as it is within the sphere of our availability and stock.

  2. STEP_02: GET_QUOTED

    We put together a quotation based on your build and requirements.

  3. STEP_03: PAY_DEPOSIT

    Pay the required 20% deposit to lock in your build.

  4. STEP_04: BUILD_TIME

    We build your PC within 24-48 hours, depending on stock and parts availability.

  5. STEP_05: DELIVERY

    Your build is delivered to you.

  6. STEP_06: TEST_WINDOW

    You have 2 days to return or replace your unit for manufacturer defects, as stated in the receipt about the warranty.

  7. STEP_07: LEVEL_UP

    Enjoy your new build. GG.

[ WARRANTY_DETAILS ]

Our shop features a 1-month shop warranty, which covers manufacturer defects only. Each and every component has their own respective [RMA processes] which are solely the customer's responsibility in case of any issues.

We do not accept any tampered components, environmental damage, lighting defects & missing receipts or boxes.

In any case of a warranty claim, it is the customer's sole responsibility to ship the computer back for repairs or replacements.

[ TRANSACTION_PROTOCOLS: PAYMENT OPTIONS ]

PROTOCOL_01: Cash

  • Most commonly used
  • Paid in full upon testing and verifying the system unit specs.

PROTOCOL_02: Bank Transfer

  • Commonly used
  • Money is wired via bank transfer upon testing and verifying the system unit specs.
  • Transfer receipt is required.

PROTOCOL_03: Stripe

  • Verified payment gateway for credit card payments (installment options, etc.)
  • 3% payment gateway fee is added.
  • Receipt of payment is required.

PROTOCOL_04: Tamara Under maintenance

  • Split your payments into 4, via SMS or QR code.
  • Receipt of payment is required.

[ TRANSACTION_PROTOCOLS: PAYMENT & RETURNS ]

PAYMENT_PROTOCOL:

> Custom builds: requires a 20% security deposit to authorize parts procurement and lock build schedule.

> Pre-built stocks: verified payment-on-delivery options are authorized for all ready-to-deliver units.

RETURN_AND_REFUND_PROTOCOL:

> Validation period: full returns are authorized within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the unit. (Customer shall bear the responsibility of shipping the unit back in case of returns.)

> Status locked: post-validation period, all sales are finalized. No refunds issued after the 48-hour window.

How long is the warranty?

1 month. Our PCs are brand new (unless we say it's used) and come with a 1-month shop warranty. It covers manufacturer defects only, like a faulty part, rust or corrosion. It does not cover fire or liquid damage, RGB fading or burning out, physical damage, tampering, or user error. Not sure if something's covered? Message us.

Can I return my PC if I don't like it?

Yes. Within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund. We don't encourage it and it rarely happens, and you'll need to ship it back yourself.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, through Tamara: split your payment into 4 (it's under maintenance right now, so ask us first). Stripe card payments may also have installment options, with a 3% gateway fee.

Can I sell my old PC and get a new one?

Possible! We'll check your parts first. If they're in good condition and you're happy with our valuation and terms, we can work out a trade-in.

Can I pick up my PC myself?

Yes, and we encourage it. You can ask our IT staff questions and test the PC before you take it home.

Do you have a physical shop?

No. We're an e-trader business licensed by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), and we operate online only. You're welcome to visit our workshop to pick up or buy a PC, but random visits are discouraged, so message us first. We share the workshop address once a pickup is arranged.

How long does a build take?

24-48 hours, depending on stock and parts availability.

Can I swap parts in a pre-built?

Usually, yes, as long as it's within what we have available and in stock. Ask us on WhatsApp.
